In the book substantive provisions of bases of genetics are explained. The cell structure, a current of processes of a mitosis and meiosis are in detail described, chemical bases of the genetic phenomena and molecular mechanisms of genetic processes, heredity and pathology with the detailed description of gene illnesses are considered, and processes of their occurrence are explained. The genetics role in preventive maintenance of a congenital and hereditary pathology is opened. Medical-pedagogical instructions and methods of work with patients are shown.
